Weather and time
This pan-tilt camera on the Kingman depot platform in Arizona looks east along the BNSF tracks toward the town. Its picture changes between a wide default view and closer shots of passing trains.
The Santa Fe Railway built the reinforced-concrete depot in 1907 in Spanish Mission style, and the Kingman Railroad Museum now occupies its east end, with Amtrak at the west end. Amtrak's Southwest Chief stops here once a day in each direction on the BNSF Seligman Subdivision.
In the wide view a yellow platform edge and a small shelter fill the left side, two tracks curve away past a gravel yard, and a street of small houses, tall cypress trees and a jagged mountain range sit beyond. In another position the camera zooms in on a long hopper train rolling past the platform.
