Garden Bird Feeders, North-West Kent Live Cam

This garden bird feeding station in north-west Kent, just outside London, is filmed by several fixed cameras shown side by side. One large panel shows a pole hung with peanut, seed and fat-ball feeders, the other the ground beneath them.

The garden lies on a hillside in a mostly residential area on the edge of Greater London, with parks and churchyards nearby. Ring-necked parakeets, descended from escaped cage birds, are established around south-east London and Kent. House sparrows and starlings, both frequent visitors here, are on the UK conservation Red List.

Behind the feeders are tall trees and a shrub with orange berries, while the ground view looks down on a clay dish by a curved brick edge. Smaller panels show a bird bath, nest box interiors and the wider garden, and a top bar gives the time, sunrise, sunset and weather.
