Atatürk Bulvarı, Marmaris Live Cam

Atatürk Bulvarı in Marmaris, the boulevard behind the seafront, watched from above by the town's municipality. The sea lies just out of frame beyond it.

The picture covers the open square where the boulevard meets the promenade: shopfronts and photo studios along the left, market stalls with striped awnings folded up in the foreground, and the flagpoles and the Atatürk monument on the right. At five in the morning the square belongs to street cleaners and a parked patrol car; by midday it is one of the busiest points in town.

Marmaris sits at the head of a deep bay on the Turkish Riviera, in Muğla province, and its centre is compact enough that most of the resort passes through this square in the course of a day.
