Jardín de la Villa Live Cam

Jardín de la Villa is the square in front of the parish church at Villa de Álvarez, in the state of Colima in western Mexico. The webcam looks over the trees and the bandstand.

The town runs into the state capital, which carries the same name as the state, and the two are one built-up area of about a quarter of a million people. Its February festival, a fortnight of parades with bulls run through the streets, is the biggest thing in the local year.

Thirty kilometres north stands the Volcán de Colima, among the most active volcanoes in North America, which has erupted dozens of times in the last century and empties the villages on its flanks when it does.
