A sluice gate on the channel at Sri Muda, with a yellow depth staff on the wall beside it and the paddy fields of the flood plain beyond. The channel beyond it is silted and low.

The concrete headwall crosses the bottom of the frame, the channel runs away to the right through grass and silt, and a residential street with parked cars fills the left. A grassed embankment and an access track separate the houses from the open ground behind.

Gates like this are closed to keep river or tidal water out of the neighbourhood and opened to let drainage away, which makes the level either side of the wall the thing to watch. Although it is catalogued with the Klang cameras, this one stands in the neighbouring Shah Alam district.
