Szeged Zoo Elephants, Hungary Live Cam

The elephant enclosure at Szeged Zoo lies in front of this view, in the south of Hungary near the Serbian border. Three elephants move about the sand paddock, with trees along the fence and the entrance to their barn at the back.

The zoo covers a large wooded site on the edge of the city and keeps its elephants in a paddock with indoor housing behind it. The stream alternates between the outdoor pen and the shelter, so the animals stay in view when they go inside.

They are let out in the morning and brought in for the night, and in hot weather they are hosed down in the yard. In winter the outdoor view is mostly empty ground.
