Caieiras Train station Live Cam

The platforms at Caieiras station lie in front of this webcam, on the suburban rail network north of São Paulo in Brazil. A red commuter train stands at the platform, and the tracks run away past overhead masts and a signal.

The line runs from the centre of São Paulo out to Jundiaí and is one of the busiest suburban routes in the country, carrying people into the city from towns like this one of about a hundred thousand. Trains come every few minutes at peak.

The platforms fill early in the morning and again at the end of the afternoon. Between those the station is quiet and the frame is track and overhead wire.
