Reading Train Station, Massachusetts Live Cam

The level crossing and station at Reading lie below this view, in a town about 25 kilometres north of Boston. A commuter train stands at the platform, a yellow school bus waits at the crossing, and the streets meet in front of the depot.

The line is the Haverhill route of the Boston commuter network, and the wooden depot beside it dates from 1870. The crossing sits in the middle of the town centre, so the gates come down across the main street several times an hour.
