The islets off Sant Antoni lie on the horizon in this view west from Café del Mar, on the coast of Ibiza. Bare rock runs down to the water in the foreground.

The stream carries the music playing at the bar, and the title of the current track is printed in the corner of the frame. The place opened in 1980 and gave its name to a long series of chillout compilations.

The camera faces due west, so the sun goes down behind Sa Conillera and the terrace fills for the hour before it. Sant Antoni de Portmany is the second town of the island, in the Balearics.
