Amami Airport, Japan Live Cam

This HD webcam is live from Amami Airport (奄美空港, Amami Kūkō) in the city of Amami, Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan. The stream from Kagoshima Yomiuri Television (KYT) gives a real-time view of the runway, with aircraft taking off and landing and the surroundings of Amami Ōshima.

Amami Airport (ASJ), on Amami Ōshima in the Ryukyu archipelago, connects the remote islands with the rest of Japan. It has a single terminal for domestic flights, with check-in counters, waiting areas, shops, and restaurants, and one runway 2,000 metres (6,562 feet) long that takes a range of aircraft. Several domestic airlines run regular flights to cities such as Tokyo, Osaka, Kagoshima, and Okinawa, and the airport is reachable by car, taxi, and local bus.
