Inner Port, Nuuk Live Cam

This camera overlooks the inner port of Nuuk, where fishing boats and small vessels moor along quays and floating pontoons. A long red-brown building stands on the far quay, with a mountain ridge rising behind the harbour.

Nuuk is the capital of Greenland, on the southwest coast near the mouth of the Nuup Kangerlua fjord. The inner port is a sheltered basin within the city harbour, where fishing boats and smaller working vessels berth close to the town centre.

The camera sits on a rocky slope on the western shore of the basin and looks east across the water. Working boats lie at the rocks below, a pontoon with smaller boats runs across the middle of the frame, and a modern building with a dark facade stands near the right side.
