Chai Chet, Koh Chang Live Cam

The main island road runs through Chai Chet on Koh Chang, with jungle mountains standing behind the bay in the distance. Shops, a pharmacy and small resorts line both sides of the street below the webcam.

Koh Chang is the largest island in Trat province, in the Gulf of Thailand near the Cambodian border, and most of its interior is protected forest. A single road circles the coast, and this is the stretch that links the western beaches.

Motorbikes, pickups and songthaews make up most of the traffic in the live picture. Kai Bae beach lies south along the road, and Khlong Phlu waterfall is a short way inland.
