Weather and time
The clock tower of Rathmines Town Hall stands above the rooftops in this view across the south side of Dublin. Slate roofs and chimney stacks fill the ground in front of it.
The red brick tower was finished in 1899 and carries a copper spire. Its four clock faces were long out of step with each other, which earned the clock a local nickname as a four-faced liar.
The stream cycles between several cameras on the same rooftop, so the Spire of Dublin, the green dome of Mary Immaculate Refuge of Sinners, the Poolbeg chimneys and Howth Head come round in turn. Rathmines lies just south of the Grand Canal and is largely student and rented flats.
