This camera looks along Quang Trung Street in central Da Nang, with the terraced tower of Da Nang Hospital rising on the left. Green plants spill over its curved balconies, while a barrier gate, parked cars and a canopy of street trees fill the foreground.

Da Nang Hospital is the city’s top-level referral hospital. Its address is 124 Hai Phong Street, and its grounds reach north to Quang Trung. Hospital C Da Nang stands next door, which makes this part of Thach Thang ward in Hai Chau a compact medical quarter.

The camera is fixed on an upper floor, so the tower, the older cream-coloured block behind the gate and the low rooftops beyond always stay in view. Motorbikes and pedestrians come and go around the barrier in the middle of the picture. On clear days a line of mountains appears on the horizon.
