Kemp Ave, Watertown, SD Live Cam

Kemp Avenue runs through the middle of Watertown, a town of about twenty thousand in eastern South Dakota. The camera looks along the street and the brick fronts on either side.

The town sits between two glacial lakes and grew as a railway division point on the line west. Several of the buildings on this avenue are listed, including a museum in a county courthouse of 1905.

Its best-known institution is an art centre holding the work of Terry Redlin, a wildlife painter from the town whose prints of geese over farmhouses sold in enormous numbers across the American Midwest.
