Polanów Rounabout, Poland Live Cam

The roundabout in the middle of Polanów lies below this view, in a small town in West Pomerania, Poland. A planted island fills the circle, a filling station stands on the far side, and roads run off between the low houses.

Polanów has about three thousand people and sits on the Polanów upland between two hills, on the road between Koszalin and Bobolice. A nineteenth-century watermill complex and a reservoir outside the town are the local landmarks; the camera itself is mounted on the post office by the roundabout.

Traffic here is local and thins out completely in the evening. Snow lies on the circle for weeks at a time in winter.
