Live Cams in Torrevieja

Torrevieja is a seaside town on the southern Costa Blanca that grew out of a salt-making village. Behind it lie two salt lagoons, the larger of which turns pink in summer; together they form the La Mata and Torrevieja Lagoons Natural Park. Every summer since 1955 the town has hosted the International Habaneras Competition, a festival of the Cuban-tinged songs that its sailors brought home from the salt trade. With its dry, mild climate the town stays lively well beyond the summer.
