Ishikawa Prefecture is an administrative division of Japan, situated on the Sea of Japan coast of the main island of Honshu.The region, in central Honshu, comprises Noto Peninsula featuring low mountains, high cliffs on the northern shore, and famous health resorts such as Wakura Onsen, taking advantage of the abundant hot springs (onsen).
