Kodim Roundabout, Wonosari Live Cam

This camera overlooks a small roundabout in Wonosari, Gunungkidul, with a big spreading tree rising from its green central island. Motorcycles and pickup trucks circle it past palm trees and low roadside shops.

Wonosari is the administrative centre of Gunungkidul Regency in the south of the Special Region of Yogyakarta on Java. The roundabout lies close to the local Kodim 0730, the military district command, next to Jalan Sumarwi. The island has a clipped hedge and a black-and-white kerb, and signs of small shops stand among the houses on the far side.

The camera looks from the edge of the junction, so the nearest road and a tiled pavement fill the foreground. Red, white and yellow banners hang across the left part of the frame, and the whole circle can be followed from the entry to the exits.
