Live Cams in Otjozondjupa Region

Otjozondjupa is a region stretching from central Namibia to the border with Botswana; its capital is Otjiwarongo and it has about 220,000 residents. Its best-known landmark is the Waterberg Plateau, a sandstone massif rising above the savanna and protected as a park for rare antelope and rhinos. Near Grootfontein lies the Hoba meteorite, which weighs about 60 tonnes and is the largest known meteorite on Earth. The region is a centre of cattle ranching, and the farmland around Otavi and Grootfontein is among the most fertile in Namibia.
