Live Cams in Tokushima Prefecture

Tokushima Prefecture, Japan

Tokushima Prefecture occupies eastern Shikoku, facing the Kii Channel and bordered by Kagawa, Ehime and Kochi. Its capital is the city of Tokushima, and about 670,000 people live in the prefecture. Every August the capital hosts the Awa Odori, one of Japan's largest dance festivals, and powerful tidal whirlpools form in the Naruto Strait beneath the Onaruto Bridge. Inland, the Yoshino River cuts the Oboke gorge, the Iya Valley is known for its vine bridges, and the first temple of the 88-temple Shikoku pilgrimage stands in Naruto.
