Northern Bypass PVP 6 Live Cam

The camera looks down on a toll plaza on the northern bypass of Odintsovo, on the motorway running west out of Moscow. Traffic queues at the barriers in both directions.

This was one of the first tolled roads built in Russia, opened in 2013 to take through traffic off the old Minsk highway, which ran through every town on the way. Eighteen kilometres of it are tolled.

The road carries the route towards Smolensk and the Belarusian border, and it is also the way to the dacha country west of the capital, which is why the queues here are worst on Friday evenings and Sunday nights.
