Uummannaq, Greenland
Uummannaq is a town on a small island in the Uummannaq Fjord in north-west Greenland, well above the Arctic Circle. Its brightly painted houses cluster beneath the steep, heart-shaped mountain of the same name, about 1,170 metres high.
