Qaarsut, Greenland
Qaarsut is a small village on the Nuussuaq Peninsula in north-west Greenland, on the shore of the Uummannaq Fjord. Its airport, with a short gravel runway, is the air link for the whole fjord, and passengers continue by helicopter to the town of Uummannaq across the water.
